Pool Access Hours 8 am - 10 pm
No lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult.
The entrance gates and parking lot are now under video surveillance.  


- Key is required to enter AND exit the pool. HOA officers will issue one key per household current on dues. Replacement keys will be available for a    
  $15 fee. Send request to [email protected]

- Residents under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. 
- Pool is for dues paying residents. Guests are allowed only if accompanied by an adult resident. 
- Be careful. No running or rough playing. No diving. 
- Items left at the pool will be donated. 
- All non-potty trained children must wear swim diapers. 
- No pets in the pool or inside fenced pool area. 
- Pick up your trash, get toys/floatation devices out of the pool, lower umbrellas, and return furniture to its place before you leave. 
- No food or drink in the pool. 
- No glass or sharp items in pool. 
Please be respectful of others at the pool- limit number of guests on a regular basis, share chairs, and clean up after yourself. The pool is an amenity to be enjoyed by those who pay in to the maintenance of it through annual dues.

Update from the Pool Committee:
  • Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • While, at this time, we are not removing furniture from the pool deck, we ask that each family keep their items together in one area of the pool deck. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE AROUND THE DECK

  • While the pool bathrooms will be sanitized daily, we ask that you take responsibility for bringing wipes to clean any furniture you intend to use and hand sanitizer to use as needed.
