Update from the Pool Committee:
As we prepare to kick off summer and open the pool, we have made the following changes in an effort to protect yourself and others from COVID-19. For your protection and safety during this time of uncertainty and change, the following rules and procedures are in place until further notice and will be amended should any state or federal guidelines change.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
To maintain social distance, we are limiting access to the pool to ONLY HOA members and members of the household for the foreseeable future. While caretakers or babysitters may accompany children to the pool, we ask that no guests or visitors be invited.
At this time, we will not be able to host any type of party or event that includes individuals that are not members of the HOA.
While, at this time, we are not removing furniture from the pool deck, we ask that each family keep their items together in one area of the pool deck. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE AROUND THE DECK
To eliminate a source of germ-sharing, please only use your pool items, including but not limited to towels, floats, goggles, toys, and coolers.
While the pool bathrooms will be sanitized daily, we ask that you take responsibility for bringing wipes to clean any furniture you intend to use and hand sanitizer to use as needed.
In the event of a thunderstorm, please sit in your car or leave the premises. The covered area is not large enough to maintain a safe social distance.
If you are sick or suspect you or a member of your family has been exposed to the virus, please stay home.
In addition to the above procedures, we have also asked the pool maintenance company to increase the amount of chemicals in the pool to meet safety guidelines provided to them by the CDC.
We hope to have a fun and safe summer. Please understand we have spoken with both city and state officials while following the CDC procedures when finalizing these measures to provide a safe environment for the summer. All recommended CDC required signage will be posted in three locations at the pool.
Should you have any questions, please let us know.
