Covenants
The Declaration of Protective Covenants can be found here. These are the "rules" for home design criteria, residential use/improvement, general prohibitions, etc. and were written by the developer, Randall Rogers.
There are two other legal Woodland Park Documents, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, not posted here because the files are too big. They are available upon request. Please email [email protected] and we can arrange a hard copy of any of these to be delivered or digital copies to be emailed.
